- Manage the customer service function to ensure exceptional support for Revian's customers and Doctor Affiliates.
- Develop an intimate knowledge of the Revian product as well as Revian’s relevant processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance, to address customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials and resources for customer support representatives.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, healthcare, engineering).
- Familiarity or willingness to learn the requirements for FDA-regulated medical device support.
