Description

  • Manage the customer service function to ensure exceptional support for Revian's customers and Doctor Affiliates.
  • Develop an intimate knowledge of the Revian product as well as Revian’s relevant processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance, to address customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials and resources for customer support representatives.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, healthcare, engineering).
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn the requirements for FDA-regulated medical device support.
