We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Processor to support contract review, data entry, and billing accuracy in a fast-paced remote environment. This role focuses on ensuring contract information is correctly entered, validated, and aligned with billing and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process client contracts in internal systems
• Extract and enter key contract details (company names, billing info, terms, dates)
• Ensure contract data is accurate and follows internal rules and formats
• Apply basic contract logic (e.g., correct start/end dates, billing alignment)
• Identify and correct errors in contract or billing information
• Support invoice and payment-related data accuracy (Accounts Receivable support)
• Use tools like Slack, Google Sheets, Gmail, and internal platforms for daily tasks
• Communicate issues or inconsistencies to the team when needed

Requirements

• Experience in contract processing, data entry, accounting, or operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with structured data and following instructions/SOPs
• Basic understanding of billing, contracts, or AR processes is a plus
• Good communication skills and a responsible, reliable work attitude
• Able to work independently in a remote setup
• Familiar with Google Sheets and email tools

Nice to Have

• Experience in QA, finance, legal ops, or customer operations
• Exposure to SaaS or B2B contract environments
• Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced roles
