12 Month Contract - Cape Town based opportunity
Our Client a leading Financial Services Company requires an experienced Programme Manager to be responsible for leading, managing, and driving the successful execution of large-scale, enterprise-level customer engagement and loyalty programmes
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams to ensure seamless alignment across cross-functional teams
- Designing customer loyalty strategies to align with the business/ programme objectives
- Responsible for Stakeholder Management, Vendor and Partner Management
- Ensuring the programme complies with regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and risk management protocols
- Managing large budgets to ensure cost-effective execution of customer loyalty initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree qualification (Computer Science, Information System, Business, or a related field)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 Certification (or equivalent)
- 10+ years in programme management with extensive experience in designing, executing, and scaling enterprise-level customer engagement and loyalty programmes, preferably in the retail and/ or financial services sector.
- Experience in Agile principles, Scrum framework, and agile project management tools
