Description

Responsibilities: Identifying new customers who could benefit from our products • Visiting potential customers and job sites • Establishing new and maintaining existing customer relationships • Analyzing and interpreting customer requirements • Convincing customers that a product or service best meets their needs • Preparing proposals for customers • Negotiating tender and contract terms • Negotiating and closing deals by agreeing on terms • Providing after-sales support • Analyzing costs and sales • Meeting sales targets • Recording and maintaining customer contact information • Coordinating sales projects collaboratively • Providing pre-sales technical support • Collaborating with other members of the sales team and technical specialists • Resolving customer issues Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or any other business-related field. • 1–3 years of sales experience • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Chinese. (Conversational level required) • Strong business acumen and industry experience • Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
