Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator for a permanent full-time position.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications & Public Relations , the Social Media & Content Coordinator will support and assist the Social Media Specialist in the development and execution of the communication and social media strategy for Groupe Marcelle’s various brands: Watier, Marcelle, Annabelle, and CW Beggs and Sons, across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create engaging and relevant content, including images, videos, and visuals tailored to each brand. Create Reels, TikToks, and other relevant videos.
  • Calendar Management: Assist in planning and managing editorial calendars, ensuring publishing deadlines are met. Schedule, monitor, and organize posts using a social media management platform.
  • Account Support: Assist the Social Media Strategist in the daily management of social accounts, including posting, comment monitoring, and community engagement.
  • Team Support – Social Media, Public Relations, and Influencer Marketing: Support the three team streams with a global vision of ongoing initiatives, helping with logistics, follow-ups, and anticipating team needs (email follow-ups, product orders, external shipments, etc.).
  • Community Development & UGC Support: Continually build relationships with engaged consumers and influencers on our platforms and encourage UGC creation. Research potential partners, send products and gift packages, and coordinate content creation in exchange for services.
  • Competitive Monitoring: Conduct regular industry and competitor monitoring to stay updated on trends in the beauty/cosmetic sector.
  • Performance Analysis: Assist in data collection and analysis of social media performance to help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure campaign delivery. Support communication efforts with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure message and campaign consistency.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and/or other editing software;
  • Comfortable in front of the camera and willing to participate in content creation (an asset);
  • Strong knowledge of the cosmetics industry, retailers, and distribution networks (an asset);
  • Awareness of media trends;
  • Ease with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest);
  • Content creation skills with an eye for aesthetics and trends.

AND IF YOU ARE

  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
  • Autonomous and proactive;
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
