Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and manage technology obsolescence across the organization.
- Validate, reconcile, and remediate CMDB data related to technology obsolescence.
- Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources; analyze using Power BI and generate insightful reports for leadership.
- Collaborate closely with application teams and stakeholders to minimize technology obsolescence gaps across the enterprise.
- Engage with stakeholders to negotiate, escalate, and ensure timely achievement of milestones aligned with the obsolescence roadmap.
Job Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong understanding of CMDB concepts with hands-on experience in IT asset environments.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing technology obsolescence initiatives.
- Knowledge of CMDB, operating systems, storage, networks, middleware, and related technologies.
- Understanding of CI data classes and attribute inheritance
