Description

To promote liability products (Current Accounts) to achieve sales targets through direct and indirect channels, while driving cross-sell opportunities and ensuring compliance.

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. Assist and mentor Sales Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales in executing strategies.
  2. Drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development.
  3. Monitor team performance, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve business objectives.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, train, and guide Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales to achieve budgets and incentives.
  2. Deliver quality liability accounts to build a healthy retail book.
  3. Ensure team productivity, cross-sell assets and third-party products, stay updated on market trends and policy changes, assist vertical head in product design, and implement regulatory requirements as per norms.
