Job Overview
HR Partner II supports end-to-end HR operations in plant environment, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, and learning & development. This role partners with managers to drive people strategies, ensure compliance, and enhance employee experience across the workforce.
What your background should look like:
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or related field
- 3–5 years HR generalist experience (recruitment, ER, L&D, engagement)
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949)
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in Thai & English
- Solid knowledge of Thai labor law
What Your Background Should Look Like
- Proven hands-on HR experience managing end-to-end recruitment (high-volume or shopfloor hiring)
- Experience driving employee engagement initiatives (events, survey actions, culture programs)
- Exposure to employee relations cases (discipline, grievance, performance, exit processes)
- Experience in training coordination, TNA, and delivering L&D programs
- Comfortable working closely with operations/plant teams
- Strong execution mindset with ability to manage multiple HR processes independently
