Position Purpose:
Lead the company’s digital transformation by identifying, designing, and implementing business process improvements, system integrations, and automation initiatives based on local and HQ demands. Act as the strategic bridge between business teams and IT to ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of enterprise systems and digital tools that drive efficiency, control, and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure system integration and data consistency.
• Define and manage the digital transformation roadmap.
Requirements:
• Education: Systems Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or Digital Transformation.
• Preferred: Business specialization (MBA or Master’s in Finance).
• Preferred: Combination of business process knowledge and technology expertise.
• 4–8 years of experience in business systems, digital transformation, process improvement, or business technology.
Technical Skills:
• SAP
• Salesforce
• Zoho / App Creation
• Microsoft Power BI
