Position Overview:

The Concrete Project Manager is responsible for managing the financial and operational execution of assigned concrete projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets and weekly labor cost tracking.
• Forecast cost-to-complete and protect gross margin.
• Prepare and manage billing, requisitions, and change orders.
• Coordinate scheduling of inspections and DOB compliance.
• Procure ready-mix concrete, rebar, formwork, and equipment rentals.
• Coordinate manpower planning with Foremen.
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Mitigate delay exposure and risk.
• Conduct post-project performance analysis

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in structural or commercial concrete.
• Strong cost tracking and forecasting experience.
• Knowledge of NYC construction regulations and inspections.
• Proficiency in Excel and project management software

Preferred Skills:

•  Experience managing projects exceeding $5M
•  Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
