We are a full-service marketing agency seeking a Business Development Representative (Appointment Setter) to fuel our growth. Your mission: break into new accounts, set high-quality appointments, and help us win opportunities with potential clients.

This role isn’t about waiting for leads to fall into your lap—it’s about making things happen. You’ll be on the front lines, executing strategic outreach, navigating decision-makers, and keeping our CRM humming with accurate activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Research and identify target companies, decision-makers, and opportunities through multiple channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
  • Appointment Setting: Secure qualified meetings with key prospects for our leadership and sales team.
  • Persistence: Follow up diligently—no lead left behind, no door unopened.
  • CRM Management: Track all activity, maintain accurate records, and keep the pipeline clean and organized.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and leadership to tailor messaging and strategies that resonate.
  • Growth Focus: Consistently hit and exceed activity and appointment goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in appointment setting, sales development, or outbound prospecting.
  • Tenacity and grit—you don’t quit after the first “no.”
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and social).
  • Highly organized and comfortable working with CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, hungry, and driven to achieve measurable results.
  • Experience in marketing/advertising sales is a plus, but not required.
