What You'll Do

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism

• Guide users through common technical and service-related issues

• Collaborate with your team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction

• Keep accurate records of interactions and solutions

What You Bring

• C2-level Spanish and at least B2-level English

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A positive attitude and adaptability to new environments

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
