Your New Opportunity: Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Improvement Analyst to join Penske’s Operations team. Reporting to the National Business Improvement Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational performance and support strategic decision-making across the business. The role combines business analysis, continuous improvement and data driven problem solving. Working closely with operational leaders and subject matter experts, you’ll help uncover insights, streamline processes and contribute to initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role can be based in Wacol, QLD, Altona North, VIC, Chipping Norton, NSW or Hazelmere, WA. If you’re passionate about improving how businesses operate and enjoy using data to solve complex challenges, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role you will: Analyse business processes, workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities. Partner with operational teams and stakeholders to understand business challenges and define improvement objectives. Apply Continuous Improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma and PDCA to support improvement initiatives. Collect, analyse and interpret business data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes. Develop dashboards, reports and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making. Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the business. Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows and operating models. Assist with change management activities, training and process adoption initiatives. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to support continuous improvement outcomes. Support the development of business cases, project documentation and improvement recommendations. Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement across Penske Australia.
