Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, USA Shift

Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Development Executive to support B2B sales and marketing activities for technology-focused clients in the SaaS and ERP sectors.
The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, building business relationships, supporting email and call-based outreach, assisting marketing efforts, and contributing to business growth in a fast-paced international sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and other professional communication channels.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients to support business development activities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Support B2B marketing and sales outreach targeting SaaS, ERP, and technology-sector clients.
- Identify potential business opportunities and assist in generating qualified leads.
- Follow up on leads, client inquiries, and ongoing sales conversations.
- Communicate service offerings clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
- Support client engagement campaigns, email marketing activities, and outbound sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, lead status, and follow-up activities.
- Update CRM platforms and internal systems with sales and client information.
- Assist in preparing sales updates, lead reports, and performance summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach, client engagement, and business growth.
- Work towards assigned targets and support achievement of sales development goals.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach in all communications.
- Work effectively during USA shift hours and support international client communication.
Candidate Profile
- Passed GCE Advanced Level or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centre, telemarketing, business development, or a client-facing role will be an advantage.
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, ERP, digital marketing, or technology services will be preferred.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong telephone, email, and professional communication etiquette.
- Confident personality with the ability to engage customers and build relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve goals.
- Ability to work during USA shift hours.
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with online tools, email, and internal systems.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup-style environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Energetic, persuasive, professional, and comfortable communicating with international clients.
