The MIS Department at the University of Illinois Springfield offers a BS in Management Information Systems, an MS in Management Information Systems, an MS in Cybersecurity Management, and an MS in Healthcare Informatics. The department has occasional need for adjuncts to teach undergraduate and graduate lower level MIS courses. Highly qualified candidates with at least an MS in MIS degree and some college/university-level teaching experience are invited to apply for possible per-course teaching assignments. Online teaching experience is preferred but not required. Instructors should be able to clearly qualify as a Scholarly Practitioner, Instructional Practitioner, Scholarly Academic, or Practice Academic according to Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) standards.
