• Facilitate the creation of RFPs (Request for Proposals) and provide comprehensive support to the sales team, offering functional, technical, and industry assistance in developing ROI templates and sales tools as needed.
• Cultivate and manage both existing and new customer relationships.
• Oversee accounts receivable and resolve commercial issues while prioritizing client value.
• Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of ERP projects by managing project budgets and driving profitable margins.
• Supervise both in-house and outsourced resources, coordinating project activities, and leading the team effectively.
• Assist in sales meetings and deliver captivating Product demonstrations.
• Coordinate projects efficiently, delegate tasks, and lead the team, fostering effective communication and user training.
• Actively contribute to enhancing project methodologies.

Additionally, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Fluency in Japanese (native speaker or N1/N2 level)
• Minimum of 5+ years of IT industry or project management experience.
• preferred experience with ERP-related projects in roles such as analyst, consultant, or project manager.
• a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, accounting, or management, while a master's degree in business management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English communication, presentations, and writing.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to merge project manager and analyst/solution architect skills.
• Enthusiasm for IT and a keenness to acquire new skills.
