1. Take full responsibility of overview and management of the whole company;

2. Officially and legally represent company;

3. Make business plan for company develop in long-term and each year;

4. Make decisions for the company strategic develop;

6. Maintaining a strong business partnership and on-going dialogue with partners

7. Overseeing the company operation.;

8. Continuously monitoring, evaluating, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company;

9. Ensuring the financial stability, viability and healthy evolution of the company;

10. Public relationship;

11. Report to the directors and shareholder;
