This role is based in Athens (in the Resolute Cepal Greece office premises).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance
• Deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges
• Conduct in-depth consultations to assess and optimize workflows
• Support the sales process through technical expertise and solution recommendations
• Ensure smooth project implementation from start to finish
• Help clients maximize the benefits of Recognyte’s advanced real estate tools
• Demonstrate and explain AI-powered features within Recognyte’s platform to clients, translating capability into tangible workflow value — you can show what the AI does, why it matters, and where its limits are

Education / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• Strong Consulting & Presales skills to understand client requirements and deliver solutions
• Proven Sales and relationship-building capabilities to support business development efforts
• Analytical Skills to assess complex data and interpret client needs effectively
• Experience in Project Management to ensure the successful delivery of client projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
• Familiarity with SaaS products, AI tools, or the real estate industry is a strong plus
• AI Literacy: active daily use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Loveable — you reach for AI first, not last, and can speak credibly about what these tools do inside a client demo
• Critical AI Judgment: comfortable evaluating AI-generated outputs and identifying when the model is wrong — you’re not just a user, you know the limits and can communicate them clearly to clients and internal teams
