Responsibilities The appointees are expected to: • Lead the organization of internal/external events, academic seminar/conference and marketing/promotion activities • Provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative support to the Dean • Manage project-related tasks, including budget allocation, monitoring expenditures, providing progress updates, and overseeing project extensions • Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality research or grant proposals by conducting thorough research, collaborating with stakeholders, and aligning project objectives with funding opportunities • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders related to the project, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives, and fostering strong partnerships to support project success • Establish a consolidated network of strategic Mainland partner institutions for research collaboration and student mobility in data science and related fields. Travel overseas will be required • Other administrative and strategic duties assigned by the Dean
