TruBlue of Indy and HMS are seeking a dependable, hands-on Operations and Project Management Support Associate to join our growing team and keep our daily operations running smoothly.
This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general operational and logistical support
  • Assist with local material deliveries and pickups
  • Support special projects and team initiatives
  • Help maintain organized workspaces and materials
  • Perform various tasks as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Access to a truck or van for material deliveries
