Job Description Summary
The Senior Finance Plant Manager role will provide critical finance and operational leadership, analysis, support & expertise for Avio Aero production. The focus will be to ensure all critical production/financials KPIs are met and to provide strategic insights for investment decisions, footprint considerations, cost out/product costing initiatives, etc. The role will cover key aspects of production cost composition and all relevant metrics, both financial & operational (Hourly rate, Capex , Routings Productivity, Delivery, Delinquency/On Time Delivery, Inventory, etc) and includes direct involvement, engagement & responsibility over setting the appropriate routines, procedures and control points aimed to deliver to company commitments.
The role reports into the CFO with a dotted line to the Executive Supply Chain Finance Leader and supports directly the Sites Plant Leaders and his/her team. This is a full-time role with direct reports.

Essential Responsibilities

- Establish clear timing/processes/reviews with relevant owners, supporting Ops team and Business leaders on data visibility, tracking, analysis (variance analysis) and reporting for OCPH (Hourly rate) /Cost Out (product costing) results
- Provide critical look and assessment, in conjunction with Ops team/Cost out team, of the overall Cost-out performance
- Support daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly process for relevant Business reviews and key planning cycles (Monthly & Quarterly Closing, Budget, Forecast, 5 years plan, etc.) for actuals, estimates and reporting and present, on a routine basis, results to company Executive Mgmt
- Establish key relationships with Avio Aero and Aviation HQ teams to ensure appropriate and timely flow of information as requested.
- Play a strategic partnership role, with Product Strategy team and Product development team, for developing longer term initiatives/efforts, also (but not only) linked to Capex optimization and cost rationalization
- Driving profitable growth by providing analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive simplification throughout the organization and to improve rigor in key Finance processes, reducing costs improving profitability.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will direct the work of other employees.

Qualifications/Requirements
Education Required: BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, preferable in aerospace.
