Job Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment plans for the Thailand office, manage company personnel, calculate payroll, social security, and employee benefits. Assist the operations department in talent acquisition.
• Manage the entire recruitment process (posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation) and expand local recruitment channels, such as TikTok accounts and Facebook groups.
• Coordinate recruitment standards between China and Thailand, design cross-cultural onboarding training, and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and visa policies.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in HR management and recruitment. Experience in the internet/live-streaming industry is preferred.
• No gender restrictions. Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 THB, with social security benefits. ( can be higher if candidate is good)
• Language: Native Thai speaker, fluent in English.
• Work schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Company holidays follow Thai labor laws.
