Role Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and ambitious Growth and Strategy Traineeb to join our growth team. This role is ideal for freshers or early professionals passionate about sales, client acquisition, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

✅ Understand client requirements and present appropriate ABEX solutions.

✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

✅ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless client onboarding.

✅ Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

Basic understanding of MS Office / CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
