WE ARE HIRING:
Social Media Manager (Beauty)
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field, preferably within an agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Proven experience leading and developing Social Media teams.
- Strong knowledge of developing and implementing social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Experience developing content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Knowledge of Paid Media, Content Marketing, and digital trends.
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Experience collaborating with Creative and Strategy teams.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
Activities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated Social Media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise the Social Media team by providing guidance, feedback, and performance support.
- Oversee content planning, editorial calendars, publishing schedules, and community management strategies.
- Ensure all content aligns with each brand's tone of voice, identity, and business objectives.
- Review and approve content, copy, and creative assets before publication.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize results.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging platforms, audience behavior, and social media best practices.
- Lead client relationships, participate in status meetings, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and propose innovative social media initiatives.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve established objectives.
