The Project Manager at Omni HR is responsible for planning, executing, and leading projects from initiation to closure. Guiding a diverse team of professionals, the person in this role will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope. This position requires advanced managerial skills, impeccable organizational skills, and a knack for problem-solving and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed project plans, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities.
• Coordinating with cross-disciplinary team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Identifying and managing project risks and developing risk mitigation plans/strategies.
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, proactively managing expectations.
• Reliably delivering high-quality results in a timely manner. Managing the project scope and ensuring compliance of all the project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is desirable.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the HR industry.
• Demonstrated ability in project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, time management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello.
• PMP certification would be considered an advantage.
