Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Financial Professional, you will apply financial expertise to support strategic goals and optimal fiscal health.Every day you will analyze financial data, interpret complex information, and communicate findings or recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to guide informed financial decisions.
- Meets annual competency requirement prior to evaluation date.
- Oversight of the Physicians payment transactions. Work with online physician tracking vendor, physicians, leadership, compliance auditors and account payable staff to ensure proper Physician payments.
- Prepare weekly Physician payments log for accounts payable including supporting documentation properly reviewed and identified.
- Prepare monthly Physician reconciliation to the general leger spreadsheet for management.
- Oversee all Treasury functions, daily reconciliation of over the counter payments, lock box and credit card payments. Post all transactions to MS4. Perform bi-annual department cash exchange audits.
- Prepare and track manual Foundation checks and internal grants. Provide accounting assistance to Foundation for expense recording, check request processing, invoice and credit card transaction recording.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Five (5) years of related job or industry experience
- Thorough knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Dynafios Physician Application TEAM Productivity System and query based finance systems.
