Job Title: Project Manager – Digital Health
Location: Onsite (Manitoba)
Duration: July 2, 2026 – March 31, 2027 (with possible extension to June 30, 2027)
Engagement Type: Full-Time Contract
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale digital health transformation initiatives. This role will focus on delivering complex healthcare projects that integrate technology, business processes, and organizational change to enhance healthcare service delivery across the provincial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams
Develop and implement project governance frameworks and reporting structures
Drive organizational change management initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare leaders, government bodies, and Indigenous/First Nations communities
Oversee implementation of large-scale digital health and public health surveillance systems
Ensure alignment with healthcare policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
Mandatory Qualifications (Required)
Valid PMP Certification
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification
Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 12 years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare environments leading large, complex projects
At least 8 years of experience managing projects involving organizational change management using structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci)
Minimum 7 years of experience delivering large transformational healthcare initiatives, including organizational/service redesign
At least 3 years of experience implementing Public Health Surveillance and Monitoring systems at a provincial level
Experience working with Indigenous/First Nations stakeholders, demonstrating collaboration and engagement
Experience working across multiple government departments and reporting to senior government leadership
Experience collaborating with post-secondary institutions on project initiatives
Preferred Competencies

Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Experience in digital health transformation initiatives
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Work Environment
