At GO-JEK’s Financial Services Platform Team, we wake up thinking about better ways to expand access to savings, insurance, loans, and investments to all Indonesians. We need a smart, passionate Talent Acquisition/HR Partner that will be responsible for proactively building our Bangkok Team with active participation in Talent Acquisition and HR Administrative tasks, This person will work closely with our human resource business partner (HRBP) and finance team to build processes for recruiting and onboarding and will be directly involved in execution.
Role Summary:
This person will have the opportunity to build a highly talented Tech Team, responsible for building Southeast Asia’s first Super App, as well as have a major impact on the society and growth of the GET Brand in the country.
Responsibilities:
Below are some of the major responsibilities (though not limited to those mentioned):
Sourcing/Recruitment:
- Partner with regional recruitment leads and hiring managers to plan, build local pipeline of candidates, contribute towards strategy for hiring practices, and conduct market mapping
- Leverage on internal network of engineers to recruit additional top engineering talent into GO-JEK
- Take ownership of complete life cycle of recruitment in Bangkok
HR Administration Activities:
- Go-to person for all shortlisted candidates for offer, contract signing, and completion of all necessary documentation to provide candidates with a seamless onboarding experience.
- Conduct onboarding with new candidates in their first few weeks
- Monitor budget planning for hiring needs by proactively working with Finance Team
- Collaborate with HRBP Team to streamline hiring process and visa process for non-locals. This role will also be responsible for assisting candidates moving to Bangkok with administrative items
Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Hands on experience in sourcing candidates through various social/professional network platforms apart from traditional sourcing methods
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Clear and effective communication skills in English and Thai
- Ability to navigate and take ownership in extremely ambiguous situations
