Application Project Consultant – Salesforce

Our client, a global leader in tire manufacturing, is committed to sustainably advancing mobility for people and goods through comprehensive solutions and services for various vehicles. Operating across 14 sites in Sri Lanka, including manufacturing, R&D, and shared services in IT and Finance, they seek to hire an Application Project Consultant – Salesforce.

The Application Project Consultant will design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions to ensure application stability, scalability, security, and functionality. This role involves collaborating closely with business partners to refine specifications, execute quality assurance tests, support deployment, and ensure smooth functionality across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply Lean, Agile, and DevOps practices under guidance to create clean, functional code and documentation.
• Adapt functional and technical specifications to meet evolving business needs.
• Execute unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deployment processes.
• Support solution stability, ensure a seamless user experience, and contribute to change management.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 4+ years in Salesforce with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency in Apex, Salesforce REST/SOAP API, Visualforce, and security best practices.
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.

Working Hours:
Flexible, hybrid 9-hour arrangement.
