Our team is looking for a Total Rewards Lead to join our Employee Experience team at Affinity! This role will oversee, maintain, and enhance programming related to compensation planning, incentive compensation, compensation data acquisition, organizational design, and related analytics.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver detailed analysis and recommendations for total rewards including overseeing the job evaluation program, compensation, workforce and HR program analytics, and compensation risk elements
- Provide expertise in total rewards assessment, review, enhancement, and in the delivery of HR programming in the area of base compensation, recognition, benefits, pension, and various forms of incentive compensation
- Lead annual benchmarking review processes including analysis of market compensation data, and development of proposals, costing, and recommendations
- Monitor total rewards systems for data accuracy, suitability of metrics, reliable calculations and for changes to operational needs, regulatory requirements or strategic outcomes

What you’ve got:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience or an equal combination of education and experience
- Intermediate understanding of Affinity Credit Union’s business objectives and divisional business operations
- Ability to coach employees and managers, providing business-relevant advice and recommendations
- Ability to conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes
