Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience in project management/delivery management.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams, including AI/ML, Backend, Frontend, QA, and Data Engineers.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC with advanced proficiency in ClickUp, Jira, or Asana, and high adaptability across tools and environments.
  • Experience working with US-based clients or teams, preferably in AI-driven or data-heavy products, with a background in software engineering or technical roles.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), API-based systems, and modern web architectures.
  • Exposure to AI/ML project workflows is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure with high ownership, accountability, and strong delivery focus.
  • Strong people skills and emotional intelligence for effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:










  • Plan, allocate, and optimize resources across multiple teams (AI, Java, React, QA, Data).
  • Ensure maximum productivity and minimal idle time across the offshore team.
  • Break down product goals into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks, and resolve them early.
  • Work closely with the US counterpart (Product / Leadership) to align on priorities and roadmap.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable engineering plans.
  • Maintain continuous communication to ensure clarity across time zones.
  • Own the project lifecycle from planning, execution, delivery, and reporting.
  • Ensure tasks are clearly defined, estimated, assigned, and tracked.
  • Act as a power user of ClickUp (or similar tools) for task management, workload balancing, progress tracking, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure effective visibility of work across teams through structured tracking and monitoring of ongoing tasks.
  • Provide structured, data-driven reports on team productivity, delivery timelines, risks, and blockers.
  • Analyze and present insights on resource utilization to support better planning and decision-making.
  • Drive sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with engineers across disciplines.
  • Ensure a high-performance, accountable, and motivated team culture.
  • Handle conflict resolution, performance feedback, and alignment issues.
  • Support team members in achieving their full potential.
  • Work closely with QA to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
  • Continuously improve processes for efficiency, predictability, and scalability.
  • Introduce best practices in Agile / Lean execution.
