What Youll Do
Communicate with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inquiries, solve issues, and provide clear, accurate information.
Guide users through processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
Maintain service quality and meet performance targets.
What Were Looking For
Language Skills: Native or C2 level of Italian + B1/B2 level of English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory!
