Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement AI & automation solutions for IT / Biz processes
  • Develop and maintain reusable repository of automation scripts and workflows using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell or RPA ) and automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, MS System Center, Opentext Automation Center, Ansible, Terraform,).
  • Integrate AI, Gen AI & ML capabilities into automation workflows to enable intelligent automation, predictive analytics, self-healing systems, AI Agents & Copilots
  • Develop and train machine learning models for tasks such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and capacity planning in IT environments.
  • Work with large datasets of IT operational data, performing data cleaning, feature engineering, and data analysis to improve model accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT operations teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize projects based on business impact.
  • Contribute to the development of internal automation tools and frameworks.
  • Contribute to AI/Gen AI Microapps development in external OEM Marketplace (ServiceNOW,GCP,Azure,AWS)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems and AI models.
  • Document automation processes, code, and models clearly and concisely.
  • Evaluate variety of open source & OEM technologies and tools for the best solution
  • Undertake designated skill/knowledge development of the organization including training of next level team members
