Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Tax Accountant to join our client's team. The selected candidate will support a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations while contributing to the delivery of high-quality advisory and administrative services.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Support clients with the preparation of income tax computations and submission of Malta income tax returns
• 
  Handle tax refund claims and ensure all related documentation is prepared accurately
• 
  Ensure timely and compliant tax filings in line with regulatory requirements
• 
  Assist the tax team with tax transactions and general compliance matters
• 
  Liaise with local tax authorities and maintain effective client communication

Key Requirements:

• 
  ACCA qualified or currently in progress (or equivalent qualification)
• 
  Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts-related role (tax experience is an asset)
• 
  Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken
• 
  High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel
