Position: German Customer Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and service-related questions.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular follow-up.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work either remotely or on-site in Greece.
