• Checking sale invoice from Operation to ensure compliance with company policy.

• Checking operational expenses to ensure compliance with company policy

• Posting sale invoice, supplier invoice, advance and expense claim to accounting system.

• Preparing AP and release payment to suppliers

• Follow up invoices and related documents from operation

• Filling documents

• All relevant employees, Supplier, Auditor.

• Ensure an accuracy and timely of monthly financial report

• Other tasks assigned by management

• Knowledge and experienced in Accounting
• University degree, preferably with Finance and Accounting.
• Good listening, Understanding and Responding
• Problem solving and teamwork
• Commitment to learn.
