Zucol Group is actively seeking a skilled and driven Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing technology team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python (Django) for backend development, React.js or Next.js for frontend development, along with a solid grasp of AWS infrastructure and Linux environments.

You will work on developing robust, scalable web applications that deliver high-performance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Django, React.js, and Next.js.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data flow.

• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following development best practices.

• Handle backend logic, database integration, performance tuning, and security.

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.).

• Manage Linux servers and handle Nginx/Apache configuration and troubleshooting.

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver timely, high-quality features.

• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience.

  • Proficient in Python and Django framework.

  • Strong frontend development skills in React.js and Next.js.

  • Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.

  • Experience working on Linux-based environments.

  • Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions, and other deployment automation tools.

  • Expertise in PostgreSQL or MySQL.

  • Proficient in Git and version control best practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.

• Familiarity with WebSockets or other real-time communication tools.

• Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks.

• Ability to contribute to system architecture and mentor junior developers.
