1. Product launch:

• Prepare and coordinate with team members for launching support materials such as catalogs, brochures, fact sheets and promotional flyers on time
• Develop best practices and tools for project management and execution.

2. Product training:

• Support apac nutrition education program and leverage apac nutrition communication, tools, wellness doctor tours to Cambodia members.
• Design, plan, update and execute a nutrition training & consulting calendar in line with companys business strategy, marketing campaigns and sponsorship programs
• Manage all relevant training logistics, set-up and arrangements

3. Sponsorship:

• Organize and administer all sponsorship delivery activities
• Develop of collaterals relating to sponsorships

4. Video:

• Lead for visuals (videos & graphics) for company events, sales & business development, marketing, sponsorships, trainings, product launches.
• Co-ordinate between local and regional for all visuals related communications roll outs, productions and developments.

5. Social Media & internet

• Develop and design social media contents to roll out to promote brand awareness and products.
• Review and moderate contents before publishing.

6. Assist and support department members in local events, participating departmental meetings and brainstorming sessions

7. Maintain good attendance and punctuality standards; willing to work overtime and flexible hours as requested/required. Willing to join project and extra work as assigned.

8. Support the marketing supervisor with any additional duties that may be required across the department as required.
