Description

We are looking for a high-performing **Account Executive** to drive STAN’s growth by managing the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting and discovery to closing deals and hand-off. You will be the face of STAN to property management executives and HOA boards, helping them understand how AI can transform their operations.
This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role for someone who loves the thrill of the hunt and the satisfaction of closing. You will be reporting directly to the leadership team in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
This position is based in **North York** and is currently full-time in-office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys building teams in person.**

## Tasks
* **Full Cycle Ownership:** Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the HOA and Property Management space.
* **Expert Demos:** Conduct high-impact product demonstrations that highlight the ROI and efficiency gains of STAN AI.
* **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain a network of industry contacts; attend trade shows and industry events to represent the STAN brand.
* **Negotiation & Closing:** Navigate pricing discussions and contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with the Marketing team on lead gen strategies and coordinate with the Customer Success team for seamless client hand-offs.
* **Pipeline Generation:** Outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to keep your funnel healthy.
* **Market Intelligence:** Stay ahead of industry trends and provide feedback to the Product team to help shape the future of our AI solutions.
## Requirements
* **2-4 years of experience** in B2B SaaS sales (Full Cycle experience is a must).
* **Proven Track Record:** Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
* **Communication:** Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills—you can explain complex AI technology in a way that resonates with HOA managers and property managers.
* **Tech-Savvy:** Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.
* **Self-Starter:** A "hunter" mentality with the ability to self-source leads and manage your own pipeline without constant supervision.
* **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (Property Managers, Boards, and Executives).
* **Adaptability:** Experience in a startup environment where processes are built and refined in real-time.
* Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
