Essential Duties:

Support day-to-day execution of all activities related to the Service DEFOA and SAP.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Coordinate meetings, logistics and file archiver for team and partners.

Assist working on paperwork such as DEFOA data collection.

Assist with service team in the return operation.

Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor,

Required Qualifications：

Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese is essential.

Ability to work in a team environment and have interpersonal and intercultural communication competency.

Detail-oriented, responsible, adapted to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Relevant internship or work experience is preferred.
