This is a remote position.
Part-time | 20hrs/Week | EST
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Friday: off
- Saturday & Sunday: up to 30 minutes/day for comment moderation
What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a visually savvy social media specialist — someone with strong taste, attention to detail, and the ability to create clean, engaging content that fits a brand’s tone and goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating visuals for social media (posts, stories, simple graphics) — good design taste is a must
- Using Canva is required; Photoshop/Illustrator are a big plus
- Producing Reels and short-form video content (via CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
- Writing captions, post copy, and short-form content for various clients
- Responding to comments and basic community moderation
- Working with clients from diverse industries: finance, automotive, breweries, service businesses, etc.
- Collaborating with our internal team via Slack and ClickUp
- Maintaining content calendars, tracking performance, and working on Google Sheets
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have prior experience creating content for social media (portfolio or samples welcome!)
- Have a sharp eye for visuals — you care about layout, consistency, and style
- Can switch between multiple brand voices and adapt quickly
- Write clearly and with personality
- Are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Take ownership of your tasks and enjoy being part of a lean, fast-moving team
- Must be Fluent in English
