YOUR ROLE
You will contribute to create an improved experience for China key customers in quality support. You will reinforce front-end expertise to increase customer satisfaction across whole China region.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the customer relationship for China Key customer from a quality perspective.
- Represent the company during interactions with customer regarding all the quality topics
- Responsible for leading customer quality issues. Verify customer complaints, collect failure information, coordinate customer and relevant internal parties to drive the root cause and corrective actions.
- Ensure rapid response to customer complaints. Ensure communication strategy on issues is managed both internally as well as externally for customers.
- Organize regular review meeting with key account customers to review specific case progress/ST quality performance, to collect customer voice and deploy to ST internal, to build/enhance customer relationship by multilevel customer interactive programs.
- Manage all customer quality requests and questions including environmental queries, information of product performance, process quality and so on.
- Manage all quality alert/recall from Division QA/plants by ensuring that pending materials are properly quarantined, liaising with Sales to understand customer’s stock situation, ensuring customer’s return goods are disposed correctly.
- Owner for customer visits or audits :
- Liaise with plants on audit agenda, audit checklist.
- Manage the whole progress the onsite during visit/audit and follow up on action items.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor degree or above in a science or engineering discipline.
- 8-10 years working experience in semiconductor industry. At least 5 years in wafer fab manufacture, in a technical role (Quality, R&D, PE, PIE)
- Extensive knowledge of semiconductor manufacture process, quality control methods (8D, FMEA, SPC, Quality continuous improvement…) and Failure analysis.
- Exceptional ability to build relationship across different organizations to solve problem and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin with customers and all levels in organization.
- Willing to face challenge, open minded and self-motivated
