As a People Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality employee experience. You'll support everything from day-to-day HR operations through to broader People & Culture initiatives.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to for operational support and employee queries, while also contributing to broader projects that shape how we work.
What you’ll do
- Deliver end-to-end People & Culture operational support with a strong customer focus
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, policies and processes
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including role changes and updates
- Maintain accurate HR data, systems and documentation
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and entitlements
- Support compliance activities and due diligence processes
- Contribute to People & Culture initiatives and projects
- Assist with recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and support
- Support broader team administration, including invoicing and coordination
What you’ll bring
- Experience in administration, HR or service based roles
- A degree (or studying toward) HR, business or a related field
- Experience with HR systems or recruitment processes (desirable)
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional, responsive approach
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
