Description
Join our dynamic team as Finance Manager and play a crucial role in driving our financial success. In this exciting position, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted performance.
- Prepare financial forecasts and business activity reports.
- Accounting & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (TFRS) and company policies.
- Oversee all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Lead month-end closing procedures.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop and manage annual budgets.
- Monitor cash flow to meet business and investment needs.
- Taxation & Compliance:
- Manage corporate tax filings and reporting.
- Advise on tax strategies that minimize tax liabilities.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
- Develop and implement new procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Risk Management & Internal Controls:
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Experience in a multi-national company.
- Good Command of Thai and English.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of Thai Accounting principles and Tax regulations.
- Able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Knowledge of computerized accounting software and applications, including mainframe terminals/personal computers, general software applications, and keyboard facilities.
- Activity planning and event management skills.
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
