Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle for a technical B2B product portfolio. You will engage decision-makers remotely, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth from prospecting through deal closure.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Language Requirement: Excellent in Thai and Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken) — mandatory
- Nationality: Malaysian
- 1–3 years of inside sales, technical sales, or B2B sales experience
- Background in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, HVAC, manufacturing, or related technical field — preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level contacts
- Strong listening, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Business-level English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Should be open to travel to events/field visits/meet clients, if required. This is a desk job.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and engage technical and executive stakeholders via phone, email, and digital channels
- Execute end-to-end sales process — lead generation → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with clients
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and activity logs in CRM (daily)
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and account management teams to drive deal velocity
- Prepare and deliver product pitches tailored to technical buyer personas
