We are looking for a structured and service-oriented People operations generalist to join us on a fixed-term basis (maternity leave cover). In this role, you will be a partner in ensuring a seamless and high-quality employee experience across the entire lifecycle – from onboarding and HRIS administration to supporting hires, promotions, and offboarding. You will work closely with our regional teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth execution of HR processes in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Conducting employee orientations and basic P&C trainings
- Maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS (HiBob), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Preparing and maintaining P&C documents and records with diligence and attention to detail
- Managing the foreigners/expat agenda (work permits, residence documentation, coordination with authorities or vendors)
- Administration of benefits and healthcare programs
- Basic P&C operations topics support to employees
Requirements
- Basic understanding of HR processes, including onboarding/offboarding and employee lifecycle documentation
- Experience working with HRIS systems (ideally HiBob) and strong attention to data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to prepare employment‑related documentation and manage administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
- Foundational understanding of employee relations topics, with the ability to handle straightforward inquiries and escalate complex cases
- Strong organizational skills, diligence, and attention to detail
- Adaptability working in a fast‑paced, international environment
