We are looking for a professional Spanish-speaking Content Moderator to join our international digital safety team at our state-of-the-art office in Athens. In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital security, ensuring that one of the world's largest social media platforms remains a safe and positive space for millions of Spanish-speaking users. Key Responsibilities

• Content Integrity: Review user-generated content (videos, images, and text) in Spanish to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
• Incident Management: Identify and remove content involving hate speech, harassment, or misinformation, acting with precision and speed.
• User Support: Address appeals from Spanish-speaking users regarding account restrictions or content removals with professional clarity.
• Policy Application: Stay updated on evolving digital safety regulations and apply them consistently across all moderation tasks.
• Collaborative Safety: Work alongside a multicultural team in our Athens hub to flag emerging trends or large-scale violations.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level Spanish and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece.
• Resilience: High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive or objective content professionally.
• Location: Must be willing to work from our physical office in Athens (central location with excellent transit access).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, informed decisions based on complex guidelines.
