The Role: Sales Executive
You’ll be speaking to people who’ve already shown interest in life insurance – no cold calling strangers out of the blue.
Your day-to-day will look like:
- Having meaningful conversations with customers about what (and who) they want to protect
- Asking thoughtful questions to understand their situation and uncover their needs
- Using active listening and strong reading and attention to detail to truly understand each customer’s situation
- Matching customers with the right protection plan so they can feel confident about their future
- Working in a role that beautifully blends structure with freedom: you’ll have clear scripts and frameworks so you know where you’re heading, but you’ll also have the freedom to personalise every interaction so each conversation feels as unique as the customer you speak to
You might be:
- Just starting out and looking for a proper career, not just a job
- Moving from retail, hospitality, or customer service into something with higher earnings
