Position Details

• Role: Customer Support Agent
• Languages: Native German & B2+ English
• Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 17:00
• Contract: Permanent (includes full benefits & medical insurance)
• Signing Bonus: 3,000 (for selected projects starting in March)
• Accommodation: Fully covered (housing + utilities)
• Requirement: EU Passport or valid work permit for Portugal
