Sales Manager (Marine Couplings)
Location: Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia)
We are working with an energy company that is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand key marine industry accounts across Southeast Asia. This role involves forging and nurturing partnerships with shipyards, OEMs, and other major players, and leading sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for marine sector clients.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients.
- Oversee the Centa Coupling product line of the business.
- Lead a team of customer service and application engineers.
- Handle P&L, transactions, and warehousing activities.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.
- Improve processes, enhance customer support, and drive cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct product training and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure alignment with company values and effective communication with the sales director.
Qualifications:
- 5 years or more experience in technical and sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to manage teams and oversee business operations effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
